for the preliminary interview:: V+ m; t: L$ r, d* p! i" @

  v6 P6 r5 T3 n8 T3 R4 ithere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

, f( m8 k5 C% ?9 o( S8 L9 @it's divided into 2 sections,
7 c; x3 j; [& |& ?- s$ e1 is impromptu talk
* l9 H' ]: w2 Vanother is group discusion1 e- {+ i) Y- x/ p2 t

  h  R  N, V; Y. S# `1 gall conducted in english
+ O; P! ]: B; c. ^3 ^
( f# ]" E2 M3 ^! C3 r. Vimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& o! G- ]; b* ^3 D
