Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
' n3 R# V# S, e& q/ II found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.- p3 {, v" T1 u, Y- t8 T( Y
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.# k7 R: N2 z- ~. n& }
5 Z& L: }$ Z3 {$ C4 u) _6 b. ^8 F
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,, G; g( v$ F! V: T3 Q6 b0 `3 d
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
