for the preliminary interview:

! n0 Z, A+ N% gthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......: h: F; x. g3 g8 V" q

5 _% M* W( g* d  ]) r, Pfor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,: [* O1 E) y1 p! Z& q
1 is impromptu talk  h- l  Z8 u- r' S# d
another is group discusion8 L9 k# {* @6 t2 L# |
+ F5 E' ^* o2 F( [
all conducted in english2 a! J- G" ?; F) i4 Q, m9 Z
3 W! o  a, r8 _
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."1 _3 W0 e+ _( ]) Z9 M

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
