When I travel Japan (same for France),
4 X+ O9 T( N: b  aI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.! l8 g- x% T: S! i+ y
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

4 r) _* `- `: n/ j) oHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,7 K$ S3 @: G; `
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
