When I travel Japan (same for France), 9 I7 G- E$ g' Y
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
9 T6 i7 Z0 n0 _* Z4 @: p5 e% ~Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
