因為隔左夜, d飯會乾身d同硬d

不過, 如果我要食炒飯, 我都唔會用隔夜飯
因為...............邊有咁多隔夜飯

想食果時先至煲飯去炒

其實用新鮮飯都無乜問題, 如果煲飯果時控制得好, 同埋炒得好

飯過左一夜水份會流失
炒起來的飯更干爽而唔會醬糊

其實如果係新鮮煮既飯都可以用來炒飯的, 不過要攤凍左先, 等d飯乾身些少先囉, 炒出來會好食d.
