I can't type chinese fast, so, I type english!

If anyone know how to stear egg here??
Have u found that if u steam the egg, it is easy to have air bubbles on the surface of the egg?
it is easy to solve this problem,
use boiled water, this is the main point, then the steam egg will no more gas bubble anymore

I forget the function of this,but it didn't help on the air bubbles!

but if u do't use boiled water, the water in the mixture will give bubbles, like boil water

咁就可以無氣泡,唔怕"豆皮"

use stiring machine to stir the eggs, it is easy and quick, the eggs will have no bubble also^^
