hey, I use IE 7 as well, but i did not get your case when i use ctrl + enter
plz make sure the version of IE7 you downloaded is from hong kong m$, not taiwan.(if you set your computer language and region be taiwan, the page will automatically shift to that region's version)
I don't know how to use 倉頡, so i cannot help you in this issue. sry....hehe
