Hard disk connection,
Check your Ram usage other then CPU,
BT program take up more resource,
also Hard disk read request from BT is heavy too

288ram left for ur windows is a little to low for the system itself, ur computer only needs to have a auto deep system scan of a anti virus scan or a spyware program and you can press the reset button on your compute... also it varries for each bt software, some will use many rpm on ur hdd becauce the software have to read it and write (makes ur pc crappy)作者: KC-Alen 時間: 2007-2-18 04:06 AM
2 solutions:
add a ram memory (256, if u only have 2 ram slots add a 512 and throw that 256 away =)

there may be several causes, maybe you should try each and see which one fits.
first try to scan virus, or maybe try defrag your harddisk.
