本人偶爾訓覺 半夜都會突然腳抽筋(腳瓜位置)
9 Z) H. r. ?. G  H痛醒 我會不停按摩抽筋位置
. K% _, |  s$ r! P: T+ D30秒至1分鐘左右就會冇咁痛
( z/ ^# ]! A/ h4 e( ?; O訓得返
( d! G4 B) y. }朝早醒既時候都會有d痛 6 t1 z; _8 U& m8 {0 b
痛楚會持續一至兩日之後就冇事
+ {4 Y5 w  a1 @" i) z) p8 D
7 K% u+ v+ _- E9 ~  k1 Q9 P但係琴晚 我先係雙腳一齊抽筋 2 _9 D0 t2 f. ]) f" e) p
之後訓左一個鐘左右+ I, ?( R0 j% Z' I0 b, @; Q! D
右腳再抽  直到今朝 臨起身之前 左腳再抽一次3 a4 X4 J7 V0 a
依家兩隻腳都痛 行路要慢慢- g% l( k6 y" _5 |4 v
% U" z$ @+ k8 ~4 p
仲有我每次抽筋都係熟睡中痛醒

有咩方法預防......

Cramps from lack of salt and water can be treated by stretching the muscle, and of course drinking water and increasing salt intake. Pounding on the muscle can increase soreness.

Athletes are at greatest risk for muscle cramps, as excessive exercise can produce poor oxygenation.

/ p# i- R8 P& C4 Y- zMuscle cramps can be treated by applying a soft massage on the cramped muscle, stretching the muscle and applying heat or cold. Heat improves superficial blood circulation and makes muscles more flexible, so some people find that heat is more soothing for muscle cramps than applying ice.

5 ?6 \7 h7 \) }9 E) TElectrolyte disturbance may cause cramping and tetany of muscles, particularly hypokalemia (a low level of potassium) and hypocalcemia (a low level of calcium). This problem can be solved by drinking electrolyte enhanced fluids, after strenuous muscle activity, and supplementing one's daily diet with a multi-vitamin, which contains potassium and calcium.

仲有, 我發現如果我曲住對腳黎訓, 當伸直果下多數抽筋~~
& V/ M. o; {) X* J( s8 v可以既話, 唔好成日曲住對腳黎訓啦~~或者想伸直果陣, 慢慢伸~~

7 Z5 M( b* ^& B; _2 h) X抽完第二日多數都痛架啦.....5 l5 Z, J6 r5 f! V# r
呢個時候....我都係用"彎彎樽庄安美露"~~

肌肉過度疲勞就會咁,得閒無事按摩下小腿,滲下腳,食下蕉都可以幫到手
5 H; b% N$ h/ U9 x& ?2 q不過歸根究柢,阿媽係女人,適當時小休,唔好成日搞到自己肌肉疲勞咪無咁易有事囉~~

我記得以前讀生物時,老師說過抽筋的成因是因為身體缺乏鉀,鎂,鈣等無機鹽
+ \, L, J) `2 L! ~; e( @) o3 K5 C4 S' H$ I- K+ g. }/ s
所以平日得閒就補充下就可以減低抽筋的機會
: o0 C: X) _/ t9 W
% t2 ]. r+ O# ~& L" M5 K例如一個星期飲一次保礦力等含豐富礦物質的飲料, [* w8 B# x' V# I6 W: N# a7 o

9 g$ q3 T8 R  c& W) m: W) \但光飲這些是不足夠的(特別係抽緊筋哥時)( D5 n9 @5 F5 z% _0 G
1 I% @( j: [! a2 Q6 Z% t: n' O
無機鹽的吸收需要水的幫助,所以除左飲左哥d野外,別以為飲左水會沖淡左d無機鹽而效果無咁好
2 U9 d; n% f4 n  `! R
5 _) i3 p8 ]- i事實上加埋水,吸收效果更顯著,復原得太快

: k2 }$ s1 B" p' Q1 f訓都會痛醒,不如去睇醫生
