The Driver of the cd-rom of my laptop has some problem, and somehow i can't use the Cd-rom now. I am using XP, and it is supposed that it does not require a driver to be installed.
I have tried to use an external Cd-rom, but the problem still exists.
If I want to format my computer once, what easy method can i use??

check the jumper , cable connection, if both ok,
check the bios settings, still not work
put that cdrom on other computer, if work

U can Try to link yr laptop to other pc and do the winxp through network setting.
