看來大家喜歡腸蛋面, 我都覺腸蛋同面是絕配, 我整時步驟如下:. y2 X4 c5 V* d2 S& r. F$ B
1) 煲水(待水滾)
2) 落面(攪散即上)5 m& h- T5 s- N2 ^
3) 過冷河
4) 煎蛋及腸備用) D0 u3 r3 T4 U% f. W1 L8 \, R
5) 面加入滾水再煲, 加入肉粉,麻油, 滾起即上
6) 最後加上備用腸蛋, 再加冰可樂(真是天下一美食)
