you don't need to do anything special if you're using windows
whenever the screen appears that you want to capture, just press "print screen" button of your key
(the button is usually appeared on the right of the "F12" button)
after you press "print screen", open up the windows "Paint" program. ("All Programs"---->"Accessories"------>"Paint")
then choose "Edit" and "paste"
(Note: after you press the "Print screen" button, the image is stored in the clipboard which means you can "paste" it in any programs that can display images)作者: JE 時間: 2005-8-3 02:49 AM

ok this leads me to search for another way
here is the solution
open "Windows Media Player"----> "Tools"----->"Options"----->"Performance"----->"Advanced"
then check off the box that says "use overlays"

i think you can use Ctrl + I to capture picture in Window media player
