The Notebook (忘了‧忘不了)

From me:  

When one sees a love story, he/she should not rationalize about love but must feel it. Such should be the attitude in seeing THE NOTEBOOK (or in reading the novel). When I saw this movie, I felt in love and when one is in that state, all other imperfections can be forgiven.

In fairness to the heartless critics, this movie had its failings (the elderly couple pushed themselves to become the least credible), but that does not mean that it did not have its own merits. Gosling and McAdams are so natural that one would believe they were really in-love. Basically, the entire movie is about love, and to appreciate it one must feel it and not think it!

From my wife:

This is abosolutely the best love story I have ever seen. I cried through out the whole movie. As you watch it you feel like it's part of your life. You feel for the characters. This is every womens dream to have a true love like this. There is so much passion. It is so heartfelt. I went to see the preview of the movie a few days ago with my friend and all you heard in the theatre were were people sniffling from crying. I absolutely love this movie and will see it again and again.
