Once when I was travelling across Praque, the capital of Czeh Republic, I was so supprized at so many wonderful old buildings along the shores of the river. Jesus, their are tops are all used to be surafced with GOLD (earlier than 11th century). I can say, they are much better than any similar buildings I have seen in cities of Germany and France. However, there is over half of the old-city of Praque not being live by normal people and the citizens are quite poor in general, they cheated the tourist as much as they could. I just asked one question, "What had happened in this place ? How come such a great city falls like a place lived by ghost ??" The year is 1998, I already had the feeling that no matter HK looks how 金碧輝煌，if it is not managed well, one day it will become another Praque.2 L" a; o! b1 [, s3 A
