disk check

Something happen on my computer, pls help,


Today,I want to clean my computer to remove the dust, however , I accidently open the lock the CPU's fan, finally I make it back.
But my problem is that, when I open my PC again , there is a disk check, it said it is checking diskD, about security validation, it has a strange term "CHKSDK" , and I restart the computer again, this happen again. At the same time, when I try to 重組 my disk D, it don't have anything happen, what should I do??

type "chkdsk /f d: " in the cmd?? or just chkdsk??
