I think the major problems in 76ers is about unbalancing attacking system

If they lost Iverson, you should think, who could shoot the ball?!
who could pass the ball?!
who could steal the ball?!

That would be big troubles for 76ers, I hope they won't fire J O'Brien.. if they would fire him, 76ers would be finished.

If I were the management team in 76ers, I did the same action for 76ers before, traded Eric Snow.
Yes, he's a good player, I watch him since he was in Sonics.
but remmeber he's getting old now.
Lucky he doesn't injured now, but you couldn't risk that much, as his production is sliding down, and having a big contract.

Anyway, in offense, they could try Marc Jackson, he's another guy who could attack!
