Ok, I will explain my team....  Let's have my starting Lineup

4-4-2
(from Right to Left)

Manager: Arsene Wenger

GK: Peter Schmeichel (34)

DF: Gary Neville (23), Nesta (24), Jaap Stam(27), Denis Irwin (28)
MF: Christ Waddle (30), Bryan Robson (32), Roy Keane (22), Ryan Giggs (22)
ST: Dennis Bergkamp (32), Kevin Keegan (28)

This is a traditional English style soccer....... 2 wingers, right back and left back will run forward and cross the ball
you may be wonder I love Arsenal, but I didn't put Pat Vieria, instead I put Roy Keane in central midfield
well, Bryan Robson and Roy Keane were playing together for 1 season.
so I believe they could play it well in central midfield
espeically when Roy is younger, his attacking skill is better.

Same situation as I put Nesta + Stam at center back.
they are quick, playing with partner in the same team, also great headers

I would choose Denis Irwin, rather than any star cos he's the most reliable person in the team
and Giggs and him become great partnership on left side

Also, in this team, everyone could speak English, so communication never has been a problem

also, as Chris and Dennis in there, so this team gets some players to setup the ball.

You may be getting another surpirsed that I put Kevin Keegan in there...
Yes, he's the first English player to get European players of the year in 70s, so you could see how crazy he was.. and he was the frist "star" player to be successful in European team, Hamburg!

The bad thing is Dennis couldn't play in outside of Europe.. that's only just a minor point for this team...
any suggestion or comments?!

em.. cos.. I think this could making harder to make team chemistry.
and more realistics

that's why I said it before
it's test your skills to make this combination
if you just have no range limited
i.e. it will come out with all-star team only
it is not testing your soccer knowlegde, how to setup a great team with some restriction..... and knowing the player who could be fitted in the formation/system with their growing up stage/

Yes, the Gary Neville was playing extremely well until he lost confident when he played a horrible pass to F. Barthez on FIFA World Football Club Championship in 2000.
That's why when you see the age for Gary Neville. He ages should be before that incident, i.e. that's no problem for him as he would making other players "onside" ...... or making silly mistakes.. since that day.....
