managers have a huge impact on the team's performance.
players are individuals, they dont know what do to. at least they dont have the ability to ...

agree

1.) different manager would play different tactic and also different atk-def approach
2.) different manager would use different player, say Ramos didn't use Haddlestone in Hotspurs
3.) different manager would buy/ release different player
4.) different manager would affect the morale in different way and thus the result

However, half year contract is really too short......

by the way, i agree that coaching Real Mardrid is a difficult task, thus,
i would say "no matter who coach RM, the performance/ results wouldn't change greatly in a short time"
