1. McClaren should think about how to solve the problem of Gerrard and Lampard. These are the good players but they need a clearer role and instructions. Otherwise, England should only use one of them and play with Owen Hargreaves in central midfield.

2. He should have a clear picture that what formation or style of football he wants England like.

3. I think he should filter-004 more with his assistant, Terry Venables, as he seems his tactical thinking or knowledge is not strong enough at the highest level matches. Venables can help him a lot.

4. Please don't use Lennon to play at left hand side. It's a waste of his talent.

5. Please step down asap, Mr. McClaren. You seems a good coach, but not a good manager.

There is lack of first class English manager.  Even Allardyce in Bolton is still not belong to first class as he still can't compare with the likes of Sir Bobby Robson, who had experience of mamaging big clubs.  Therefore, England only can employ foreign managers. You can see this situation in EPL. The biggest teams like Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal are employing foreign managers. I think the player quality hasn't dropped obviously in recent weeks. During Ericsson's era, he also had most of these players for him to choose and use, but the situation is different from now. That's why I think McClaren is not good enough to lead England and use foreign managers is the way to handle the problem.
