As i remember, after scoring a goal VS Chelsea at Old Trafford, he scored another 3 in next two France WC qualifiers...he was pretty "fit" before injury.....

Frankly, I still dont understand why Smithy is sold as Solskjaer has already stated this season will be his last season to stay at man Utd as a player....you cant expect him to run alot and score in this season.. he scored like 10 goals in last season, but at least 4 of them were fluke goals~~(those 2 goals VS Newcastle)
unless Fergie has already planned to sign a big name striker next year~~or he will give us some surprise like Last year's Henrik Larsson~~

but technically Rooney is the "1" behind, not the the most front "1"....coz we all agree his best position is definitely not the front "1", is the behind the striker...

so only Saha+Tevez+Ole can be the front "1".....

OLE and Saha always suffer from injury during training....like now...only Tevez is healthy to play...so adding one more striker, not forward...is necessary...

he's not a bad option..he could provide pace and more heading option in attacking, that everyone now thinks Man Utd should need more....
