for the preliminary interview:

I3 Tthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......0 p6 C5 g8 S! l! ?! ?* w0 O0 h

it's divided into 2 sections,

0 z; Z: {; a4 A: gall conducted in english$ ]* ] @; B9 l0 {0 p# H) C( r
% e$ d! c; h8 Aimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare G1 d# c+ A" N8 D. M

topic like "environment, biscuit...."' D% S w. U, U I' w- N: W" o2 s

K4 F2 Jgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; T% o+ g- C4 k+ Q' y$ U4 _

0 {, r( c' T" G/ z; J4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
