don't eat fat,
/ E- }% B. Y. R  `0 \! g( ]( fjust eat more protein,egg white,beef,chicken and pig and pork chop,; M; G- R$ F, Z7 a6 h3 g" j
then go to do gym,and eat more rice.

agree with you,that's why some people only have bones no matter
